Dr Rao does a Webcast on Ocular Surface Inflammation

Travel and attending meetings out of town is steadily becoming more difficult – both for the Speaker and the Attendees.

A webcast offers a convenient platform for such activities. The speaker is in his hometown and the audience is in theirs. With some coordination, logging on to the website allows realtime transmission of the talk and allows the audience to ask questions and interact with the speaker as well.

The ocular surface is the seat of many pathological processes which result in patient discomfort and vision loss.

A planned approach to the management of such problems is vital if an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is to be reached.

Dr Rao was the first Indian to be invited to present in this prestigious Webcast platform and he spoke about his approach to this condition.
