CORNEAL INFECTIONS

A wide variety of pathogens – bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites and mixed infections can affect the cornea with serious implications for vision. A good microbiologist is needed to help manage such patients and Dr Shobana – MD microbiology does this important job at Darshan. With her expert help, Dr Rao is able to successfully treat patients referred to Darshan with advanced corneal infections.
