The Cornea Summit is an annual event that is organised to discuss important advances in the field of Corneal disease. This year, Dr Srinivas K Rao was invited to be the Chairperson for the sessions held on Wednesday, 25th January.

The talks included
1. Management of Corneal hydrops and a biosynthetic corneal replacement solution
2. The use of imaging to study corneal  tructure
3. Neuropathic pain – how to identify it and  what to do about it
4. CXL-PRK in the management of keratoconus

The talks were followed by a panel discussion and the sessions were well coordinated by Dr Rao. The audience numbered over 220 ophthalmologists from all over India and the international faculty included Dr Anat Galor from USA and Dr Jorge Alio Del Barrio from Spain.
