Dr. R. Vigneshwaran, born on 24th September 1992, is a medical professional registered under number 115142.He obtained his M.B.B.S degree from Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, Thandalam in February 2015. To further specialize in diabetology, he pursued a Fellowship in Diabetology (F. Diab) at Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Centre, Gopalpuram, Chennai. In addition, he has successfully completed a one-year Certificate Course in Evidence-Based Diabetes Mellitus Management (CCEBDM) conducted by PHFI, and has also undergone specialized training in Foot Care Management at Christian Medical College, Vellore.

He began his professional career with a one-year internship at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, from February 2015 to February 2016. He subsequently gained two years of in-hospital experience in the Department of Diabetology at Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Centre, Gopalapuram, Chennai, between February 2017 and March 2019. Since March 2019, he has been practicing as a Diabetologist at VTR Diabetes & Foot Care Centre, MKB Nagar, Chennai, and at Sri Vignesh Clinic, Vyasarpadi, Chennai. In addition, he served as a Consultant at Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Centre, Kilpauk, Chennai, from 2021 to 2022. He is currently working as a Consultant Diabetologist at Frontier Lifeline Hospital (a unit of Dr. K.M. Cherian Heart Foundation), Chennai.
